Our goal is to provide you with the textbooks you need when you need them. There are several factors that affect the availability of textbooks for specific courses. Please consider the following when ordering textbooks:
- When placing your textbook order, please be certain that you have ordered all items that are required for a course. The bookstore staff will not check student schedules against textbook orders!
- Courses are scheduled subject to enrollment. We will not ship textbooks until we have been advised by Jefferson Community College that the course has sufficient enrollment and will, in fact, be offered as scheduled.
- Your credit card or financial aid account will not be charged until your books are actually shipped.
- A standard handling charge of $5.75 will apply to all orders. This covers the costs of picking and packing your order as well as the cost of shipping materials.
- Our standard shipping rates apply on all domestic orders. Please allow 3-5 business days for standard delivery.
- We charge actual costs for all international and APO addresses. We will call or email with shipping charges prior to shipment.
- We offer used books on an "as available" basis. If you specify a used textbook, we will make every effort to fill your order.
- If you wish us to substitute new textbooks when used are not available, you must so indicate during the checkout process!
