1. In order to use your financial aid, you must establish a credit account in the bookstore.
2. When placing your order on line, you will be prompted for a payment method at checkout. Choose Purchase Order as the payent method.
3. If you want us to substitute new books if used are not available, enter YES in the appropriate field during checkout.
4. After you click on Calculate Totals, you will be prompted for your payment information. If you selected Purchase Order as the payment method, the following message will appear:
Please enter your P.O. number below. Without this number we will not be able to process your order. Thank you.
5. The PO number is the student number assigned to you by the college. It is a nine digit number beginning with the letter "J." Enter your student number in the PO number field and click confirm order.
It is important that you use the proper payment method and provide a valid student number when using your financial aid account. Failure to provide your studnet number as a PO number will result in shipping delays.
